Puchong Yong Tau Fu, Puchong

Posted: 2008-10-22 by W in Chinese, Eat, Lunch, Non-halal, Non-vegetarian

Today we went a bit far for lunch, way into Puchong Batu 14 (14th mile) for yong tau fu. We called EL to join us for lunch as well. There were 6 of us, new, old and ex-colleagues all sat together for a merry lunch. Yeah, we ditched all the SAP consultants. This place is quite faraway from our office but is very to Yap Chuan BKT though.

… what a corny name. The boss probably too lazy to come up with a better name.

… we seated at table 18.

… I still remembered, the last time I came here, the chili sauce was so nice, it was even better than Hong Hong’s in Ampang.

… this chee cheong fun was disappointing. Bottom side of it was hardened. The sauce was sweet and acceptable.

… our flooded treasures.

… my kind of treasures, fried and crispy stuff.

… the soup that complements the fried yong tau fu.

… nyum nyum.

Rating: 6/10

The taste was quite consistent compared to the last time I had them. But this time, the soup was saltier than last time, which made the soup more tastier instead.
