Loke Kee Sat Kek Ma cookies

Today my mum came for a visit, mainly to attend my cousin’s wedding ceremony. She brought this along with her and she said it was nice. According to her, it’s the brown sugar sat keh ma, as opposed to the usual fairer coloured counterpart.

… it doesn’t taste too sweet though, but it wasn’t crunchy.

… remember the brand if you wanna try one yourself.

I took about 2 bites and gave it to my mum, because it wasn’t what I expected. Later then my mum said I should’ve tried the white sugar one, as the brown sugar one not nice. The other sat keh ma was acceptable, but I still prefer Tong Kee’s sat keh ma.

PS: Correction on the brown sugar, it’s actually honey.
