I’m not particularly fond of eating instant noodle, as most of them, being instant noodle, you had to eat them… instantly. But there is this 1 type which I preferred. Aside from the fact that it’s tomyam flavour, which is 1 of my favourites, the way the noodle was packed is different as well.

… these were how the packaging looks like, front and rear. You can’t mistaken it for any other type for its unique silver wrapper.

Boiling could take time, probably longer than the standard 2 minutes. But if you prefer your noodle crunchy, you can boil it for about 1 min, or you can even choose not to boil it at all. It’s readily edible.

… the reddish soup just too tempting. I’m going to the dark side already.

I’d say that this is the mother of all instant noodle. The noodle itself is fried, making it less prone to soggy. I could boil the noodle for 5 minutes in the hot pot, while the taste is still as good. It was advised to boil it within 2-3 minutes to retain the stringy and chewy nature of the noodle. Give it a try and you shall be enlightened!
